Chris’s creative expertise has manifested itself in many ways over an award-winning 20+ year career. Whether it’s producing live network programming for ESPN, serving as the creative lead in major network rebranding initiatives or overseeing design for such clients as ABC, NBC and CBS, Microsoft, Universal Records, Long John Silver’s, and BASF, Chris’s boundless source of innovative thinking and creative output never ceases to impress.
Chris honed his design and leadership skills as Winnercomm’s long time VP/ Executive Creative Director. In that capacity he built his Creative team into one of the most successful and sought-out design teams in the country. In addition, he was the driving force behind the birth of Winnercomm’s award-winning Advertising Agency and Interactive groups. Chris’s stellar portfolio emanates from his passion for constantly expanding his industry knowledge base as well as his curiosity and interest in mastering and utilizing new creative design concepts and techniques. Time and again he harnesses great design collaboration to achieve unparalleled results. His proficiency in design disciplines, such as fine art, interior and space design, perfectly positions Chris to round out Signal Factory’s management team.
Kyle Stauffer
Creative Director
Kyle is a multifaceted designer and creative director with a mastery of many diverse disciplines and toolsets that form a fundamental strength in the Signal Factory team. Creative prowess and technical dexterity have facilitated his extensive experience in a myriad of mediums ranging from design and animation, 3D, traditional art, cinematography, web and interactive development. For over a decade he has used his talents to develop award-winning design, animation and production solutions for a wide variety of clients, including MTV, Bacardi, ESPN, Fox, Warner Brothers, Universal Music, and the NBA.
Kyle has an educational background with dual degrees in Recording Arts and Sciences as well as Digital Arts and Design, studying at the illustrious Full Sail University. This extensive knowledge, as well as over a decade of experience, has afforded him the formidable technical and artistic skill set that has propelled him to the forefront of design and animation, and has made him an unrelenting and driving creative force behind the powerhouse known as Signal Factory.
Mark Dempsey
New Business Development
Mark manages Signal Factory’s Operations and New Business Development activity. His background consists of extensive experience in sales distribution, client relations, marketing and network promotions and strategic planning. Prior to co-founding Signal Factory, Mark spent six years in new business development with award-winning production company Winnercomm, as well as serving in senior and executive positions with Turner Broadcasting, TV Guide, United Video Satellite Group, the Travel Channel and Southern Satellite Systems over the last 25 years. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Cable Television & Telecommunications Association of New York and a past board member of the Texas and New England Chapters of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing, as well as a former voting member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
Mark’s client relationships are deep-seated in the network and cable television industry, but run the gamut from world-class companies like HBO, Time Warner, Scripps Networks and Superstation WGN to the LPGA, Lodgenet, Cablevision and the WNBA.
